Delete your Spiniq account

Spiniq for Android

You can delete your Spiniq account and the data linked to it at any time, either in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Spiniq and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email info@spiniq.app from the email address of your Google account, with the subject "Delete my Spiniq account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, display name, Firebase sign-in account and FTP.
• All workouts, including plans, recorded power, cadence and heart rate samples, and summaries.
• Personal records and best efforts.
• Personal access tokens and connections to AI assistants.
• Records of your AI workout generations.

What is kept

• Pseudonymous usage analytics events are not linked to your name or email, and are deleted automatically after 14 months.
• Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
• Workouts you saved to Health Connect stay on your phone; remove them in Health Connect.
• Backups of our database are overwritten within 7 days.
